I'm trying to keep the working hours of 7:30 to 17:00 but sometimes it's impossible to do just that.
If I'm very busy it could happen i don't answer the phone between 10:00 to 14:00, i will try to call back providing the caller does have a number that shows on my phone.

i will recommend contact through e-mail or SMS, this gives me possibility to take each tast in it's own turn.
